Why a blind comes off the track

What you can check
Look at which side comes out, whether the guide is dented or detached, whether the last slat has snapped clips, and whether the blind rises straight or crooked. Also check whether a single slat is out or the whole side has come away: it makes a difference for the repair.
What you should not do
Do not keep raising or lowering the blind with a slat out of the track: each move bends more slats and can break the axle or drop the whole assembly. Do not push it back by force or poke screwdrivers into the guide. Leave it still and request an inspection.
