Information on how Persianas Barcelona processes the personal data provided by users via phone, WhatsApp or email, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Purposes of processing

Coordinating technical visits, repairs, installations and blind motorisation and, where applicable, issuing invoices.

Responding to tax, accounting or regulatory requirements arising from the service.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the following legal grounds of Article 6 GDPR:
- Consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a), by voluntarily contacting us and providing their data.
- Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b), when the request aims to hire a service or ask for a quote.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c) for tax and accounting obligations.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f), to keep the site secure and prevent fraudulent use.
4. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the applicable statutory periods:
- Quotes not accepted: up to 1 year from the last communication, unless deletion is requested earlier.
- Customers with services provided: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods (minimum 4 tax years, up to 6 commercial years).
- Accounting data and invoices: according to the applicable tax and commercial legislation.
5. Recipients and disclosures
As a general rule, personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Legal obligation towards public administrations, the tax authority, social security, law enforcement or judicial authorities.
- Providers acting as data processors (web hosting, accountancy, communication tools) under an Article 28 GDPR agreement.
- Messaging platforms used voluntarily by the user, such as WhatsApp, whose terms are the responsibility of the service provider.
No international transfers are made outside the European Economic Area, except to providers offering adequate safeguards under the GDPR.
6. Your rights

The controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR. The usual channels (phone, WhatsApp, email) are protected by the security measures of their respective providers. The site is served over HTTPS where the hosting allows it.
Users are responsible for protecting the devices and accounts from which they share personal data.
8. Minors and changes
This site is not aimed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If detected, such data will be deleted as soon as possible.
Persianas Barcelona may amend this policy to adapt it to legislative, case-law or operational changes. Substantial changes will be published on this page with the update date.
