Second: we confirm availability, estimated arrival time and the emergency call-out cost before setting off, so you decide with full information. Third: the technician arrives with the usual stock (straps, winders, slats, motor parts) and in most cases leaves it fixed or secured in the same visit.
What to do while the technician arrives
Do not force the blind and do not try to lift a jammed shutter between two people. If the curtain hangs loose, keep children and pets away from the window.
