Replacing the blind strap: what we do on the visit
We open the box or access panel, remove the broken strap, fit the new one in the correct width, fix it to the axle and winder and check the blind runs straight. If the winder no longer rewinds or the pulley is worn, we replace it on the spot so we do not have to come back.

No. We access it through the box panel or by removing the winder. The blind is not removed unless the axle or slats are also damaged.
